 Makin dekat, Tuhan, kepadaMu;
walaupun saliblah mengangkatku,
inilah laguku: Dekat kepadaMu;

Berbantal batu pun ‘ku mau rebah,
bagai musafir yang lunglai, lelah,
asal di mimpiku dekat kepadaMu;
makin dekat, Tuhan, kepadaMu.
Batu deritaku ‘kan kubentuk
menjadi Betelku, kokoh teguh.
Jiwaku berseru, dekat kepadaMu;
makin dekat, Tuhan, kepadaMu.
Buatlah tanggaMu tampak jelas,
dan para malakMu yang bergegas
mengimbau diriku dekat kepadaMu;

1.내 주를 가까이 하게함은 
십자가 짐 같은 고생이나 
내일생 소원은 늘 찬송하면서 
주께 더 나가기 원합니다. 
2.내고생하는것 옛야곱이 
돌베개 베고 잠 같습니다
